Records Management and Enterprise Architecture

The purpose of ISO/TR 21965:2019, titled "Information and documentation -- Records management in enterprise architecture," is to provide a clear guide for Records Professionals and Enterprise Architects. It helps them understand and express the requirements for managing records within organizations. This involves establishing systems of processes, information, roles, and technology.

The main goal is to make Records Professionals important stakeholders in Enterprise Architecture. They can then play an active and valuable role in ensuring that the viewpoint of Records Management is properly addressed. To achieve this, ISO/TR 21965:2019 offers the following:
