Scope

This working draft proposes a new concept, u-Position to be used for interchange of geographic data in any distributed environments without physical references such as coordinates.

This working draft specifies

u-Position naming scheme,
requirements for u-Position server to handle the u-Position scheme,
interfaces to be parts of the u-Position server.
