ISO/TC 267 WG 4, Strategy and Policy
This Working Group (WG 4) is responsible for drafting documents and standards within the context of providing a strong planning framework in support of the implementation of FM services and functions.

- ISO 41002 Facility management – Development of the facility management organization – Project Lead: Brian Atkin (UK).
- ISO 41012 Facility management – Guidance on strategic sourcing and the development of agreements (2nd edition, revision of ISO 41012:2017 (WG 2) – Project Lead: Roxana Dovleac (UK).

- ISO 41014:2020 Facility management – Development of a facility management strategy.
- ISO 41018:2022 Facility management – Development of a facility management policy.
