Working Group 15 - Smart Water Management

The Working Group is in charge of development and maintenance of standards for service activities related to smart water management.

The Working Group has published in 2024 the first two standards in the series below:

• ISO 24591-1 - Smart water management - part 1: General guidelines and governance
• ISO 24591-2 -  Smart water management - part 2: Data management guidelines

The Working has started 3 new topics and is currently continuing their progress:

• ISO/WD TR 25371 Smart water management - Examples and best practices
• ISO/NP 25407 Guidelines for smart management of wastewater system
• ISO/NP 25288 Guidelines for smart drinking water service management integrating AI technology
