Publication Stage
You reach this point if either you have not made any technical changes to the document after the DIS Ballot or (if you did) after the FDIS Ballot. If the previous step is an FDIS Ballot the Editorial Program Manager (EPM) will address the needed changes from the editorial comments in the FDIS Ballot. The Project Leader, Convenor and the ISO/TC 211 secretariat may be consulted if a change should be applied or not.
After the changes have been made a Proof is put together of how the Standard will look like upon publication. The Project leader, Convenor and Secretariat are normally given two weeks to review the proof and raise any minor adjustments needed.
