Training Course: The Service Excellence Model according to ISO 23592: 2021 Service excellence — Principles and model, and its implementation
The first training on the new ISO 23592: 2021 Service excellence — Principles and model, standard was organised on the 7th of March by the CYS. The seven hour course which introduced the new standard is approved by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) and was attended by 12 participants from different sectors of the service economy.
The trainer was George Ioannou, national representative of CYS, on ISO/ TC312, the ISO Technical Commitee that produced the standard.
