Then inform yourself about the work of ISO/TC 312/WG 2 developing the international specification ISO/TS 24082 (see the information placed on our official website: https://lnkd.in/dZwTGpD). This standard specifies principles and activities of designing excellent services that achieve customer delight. In the last meeting, we had this week, our group discussed nearly 100 comments submitted by international experts to refine our document. The next discussion round is scheduled for July 29-30.
