The development of the first ISO standard on Service Excellence is proceeding. The ISO/TC 312 meeting on Service Excellence that took place in Tokyo last week was a great success. We made such a huge step forward in refining the basic standard. Special thanks to the Japanese delegation for the perfect hosting of this meeting! Immediately after the TC 312 meeting, the 3rd meeting of the Service Standardization Forum (SSF) had happened including a broad range of presenters dealing with Service Excellence from different perspectives. More than 140 participants from Japan showed a deep interest on the topic of Service Excellence in general and the development of a Service Excellence standard in particular.
