On the 21st June as part of our 60th plenary meeting in Wuhan, we hosted our popular Standards in Action Event.

The presentations covered a wide range of topics, with international speakers and a showcase of the standards work in China from the national standards committee.

Topics such as artificial intelligence, metadata, SAR data analysis, and GNSS were prominent.

A wide range of themes were also covered including the energy, geosciences and aviation sectors. A reflective look at how ISO/TC 211 and OGC standards support the UN’s sustainable development goals was also presented.
