This document outlines the methodology for identification of modelled concepts commonly used by multiple ISO Standards developed by ISO/TC211. The document outlines how the UML models for those concepts could be managed and maintained. It also outlines methodologies for the management and maintenance of artifacts generated for the models’ implementation. Where such concepts, their models and implementations are currently defined within existing ISO/TC211 systems, this document proposes a mechanism for alternative management. The document provides an initial non-exhaustive list of concepts that are considered as commonly used that could form the starting point of a collectively managed system for such items. |
