| Scope |

This International Standard defines a set of data quality measures for use in evaluating and reporting data quality for components defined in the ISO 19157-1. It is applicable to data producers providing quality information to describe and assess how well a dataset conforms to its product specification and to data users attempting to determine whether or not specific geographic data are of sufficient quality for their particular application. This International Standard specifies how the procedures specified in ISO 19135-1: 2015 are to be applied to the ISO Data quality measure register for geographic information. |
