One global concern today is declining climate conditions. Many groups and organisations are addressing these concerns through a variety of initiatives:
- the UN’s Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) (https://sdgs.un.org) and
- ISO’s London Declaration (https://www.iso.org/ClimateAction/LondonDeclaration.html)
These are just two such initiatives.
JTC 1/SC 40/WG 2 – Service management has developed a proposal for a new Technical Specification (TS) to provide guidance on adding sustainability actions to a new or existing service management system (SMS).
