Can I get an ISO/IEC 20000-1 Certification with Exclusions?

Saturday 14th October 2023 marks 'Worlds Standards Day', and to mark this occasion, we are delighted to publish this paper from Dolf van der Haven that answers a question we are often asked.

"Can I get an ISO/IEC 20000-1 Certification with Exclusions?"
