ISO/IEC 30105-3:2024 Information technology – IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing (ITES-BPO) lifecycle processes – Part 3: Measurement framework (MF) and organization maturity model (OMM)
The ISO/IEC 30105 series specifies the lifecycle process requirements performed by the IT enabled business process outsourcing service providers. ISO/IEC 30105-3:2024 specifies a measurement framework (MF) and an organization maturity model (OMM). It provides the overview of how an organization can use the process reference model (PRM) and process assessment model (PAM) to measure their capability and maturity levels.
This document is a revision of ISO/IEC 30105-3:2016. The main changes are listed below:
- update capability levels and process attributes to harmonize organization maturity levels according to ISO/IEC 33020:2019;
- the principle for deriving maturity levels has changed from“process attribute rating” to “process capability level”.
The revision facilitates a better understanding within the ITES-BPO organizations to complete the assessment for process capability levels and organizational maturity levels.
