Why quality management system standards?
Quality Management Systems are the most fundamental element of any business to meet customers’ and other interested parties’ requirements and expectations. The breakthrough of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence is an example that affects today’s business environment. Such technologies necessitate changing and monitoring the inspections, data collection and running the business. The expectations of the interested parties is also varying rapidly and global environment is causing substantial competition for attracting the attention of consumers to increase the bottom financials.
Standards are developed by the people that need them - that could mean you. Standards committees include experts from both standards and industry. These experts are put forward by ISO's national members. If you want to shape future standards in your field contact your national member https://www.iso.org/members.html.
