Version 2 of the list of control strains for culture media and reagents used in ISO food and water microbiology standards.

The different tables list the names of control strains and their World Data Centre for Microorganisms (WDCM) collection numbers that should be used for testing the performance of culture media and reagents included in ISO food and water microbiology standards and some dairy standards.

They are in line with ISO 11133 on culture media.
