ISO/TC 176 Plenary ISO 54002 Continues Progress to Committee Draft 

ISO/TC 176/ Working Group 6 Application of ISO 9001 in policing organization met in Kigali, Rwanda, as part of the 2023 Plenary.  The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the development of the standard to the entire technical committee, from the working group. 

The meeting was led by the convenor Cristian Taboada of the Organization of American States, a Liaison member to ISO/TC 176.  Assistance was provided by Purnima Hossain and Inés Echevarria.  The working group reviewed the background of the project, the projected timeline and comments.  The working group has recommended to the ISO/TC 176 Technical Committee to advance to Committee Draft stage.
