On 30th April 2017 Dr Croft was presented with the Freund-Marquardt Medal by the ASQ, at a meeting prior to the ASQ’s annual "World Conference on Quality and Improvement" held in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
The citation indicates that the award was given << For (his) passion, dedication, and leadership in the application of quality management principles, and the development, promotion, and implementation of quality management system standards on a global scale, for more than 20 years.>>
