ISO 257:2018 (E) Pesticides and other agrochemicals — Principles for the selection of common names has been withdrawn.
The Standard needed frequent updates to meet the needs of customers (agrochemical companies) and of the ISO 1750 Maintenance Agency, and these updates could not be provided by ISO’s system for publishing standards.
The Maintenance Agency has produced a reference document to replace ISO 257 that is available as a free PDF and can be updated easily whenever needed.
