AG 4 - ISO 22000 Auditing Practices Group (APG 22000) 

The purpose of the group is to provide practical advice, examples and technical background, contributed by group members, to third party food safety auditors on how to conduct audits, either by proposals of the members to share knowledge on specific issues or by addressing requests related to perceived needs for clarification on audit practices for a specific subject.

The outcome are recommendations and examples of audit practices, for both auditing the requirements of ISO 22000 or for the auditing process itself, with due consideration of the process approach and risk-based thinking.

The outcome is publicly available on the website where the documents are posted and can be used freely by the public.
