A new work item ‘Governance and Leadership Top Management requirements for ISO 45001:2018’ has been proposed to TC/283 for consideration to progress as a formal work item. This document enables an organization, through its Top Management teams including both the senior most non-executive and executive leadership to effectively oversee and implement the OH&S management system, to integrate other aspects of health and safety, such as worker wellness/wellbeing.
