The ballot and commenting on the Draft International Standard (DIS) of ISO 45001 has ended.
The ballot had achieved the following result:
42 votes of approval; 16 votes of disapproval; 9 votes of abstention; and approximately 3000 comments. As the votes of disapproval were 28% of the total, and the limit was 25%, the DIS had not been approved. Further work would thus be needed in developing the standard text.
