The fifteenth meeting of ISO/TC 176/SC 2/WG 29 was held via Zoom on 28 April 2025, with 48 participants, including representatives from 24 national standards bodies and 8 liaison organizations.
An update on actions since the last meeting included the resolution of Clause 3 comments by ISO/TC 176/SC 1/WG 2.
Annex A is being further refined based on CD2 comments, as well as resolutions related to other clauses. A revised draft will soon be issued to WG 29 members for review.
The group successfully resolved comments on Clause 9.
To ensure comprehensive review and consensus, additional meetings are scheduled throughout May and June to resolve all remaining CD2 comments.
Looking ahead, the next significant milestone will be the release of the Draft International Standard (DIS) for public comment. This will provide users around the world a clear and transparent picture of the proposed revisions to ISO 9001 and allow them the opportunity to review and comment on the actual revisions, ensuring their voices are heard in the final stages of the update.
