Abstract

This document specifies the applicable scope, test principles, calculation formula, equipment requirements, reagent materials, test methods, repeatability requirements, and other aspects for the drag reduction performance of slick water. It is applicable to the evaluation of drag reduction performance of fracturing fluid, acid fluid and other reservoir reconstruction fluids. The test tube should be smooth in inner wall and be straight or of uniform curve when the experiment is conducted. The two pressure measuring points of the differential pressure sensor should be as far as possible. The experiment tests the pressure difference between the fresh water and the liquid added with the drag reducing agent.
