2026 Update for International Standard
The third annual update of the XML data set for ISO 1750:2023 (E) (Pesticides and other agrochemicals — Common names) is now available to everyone who has purchased the standard.
The newly-approved common names that have been published in this update are aminotipyr, carmeconazole, cyclobunofen, dimepyrolimet, enprocymid, fenargimine, fendioxypyracil, fentiazoluron, flufenauxirim, flufenazopyr, flupymezotiaz, isoxafenacil, metcyclofenstrobin, prochlorosulfone, quinaminoprole, sulfindoflufen, toxapyzone, trioxyflanilide and vinylfluthrin.
The CAS name and Registry Number for fenmezoditiaz have been updated.
The CAS Registry Number for metamifop has been corrected to 521284-52-6.
Eight former ANSI common names have been adopted to provide them with an authoritative definition: amidochlor, cisanilide, dicapthon, ethephon, flupyrazofos, lactofen, parinol and swep.

There will be no further annual updates until a new edition of ISO 1750 is published.
