Approved ISO common name
New common name approved on 13th April 2026 for an RNAi fungicide from GreenLight Biosciences.

The name “erysichrona” was provisionally approved on 13th October 2025 and no objections have been received. The name “erysichrona” has therefore become approved, and it will be included in a new edition of ISO 1750 that will include preferred names as well as common names.
