Three key standards in ISO TC 309's portfolio - on governance, compliance and whistleblowing - have made crucial progress in the past few months, meaning a busy next six months for the experts involved.
ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems has been approved at draft stage and the comments resolved by the experts. It now moves to Final Draft stage with a two month ballot at the end of January to approve publication. Final publication is expected in April/May 2021.
ISO 37000 Guidance for Governance of Organizations was approved at draft stage in September and the working group experts are working on the comments received. The Final Draft is expected to be issued for ballot in March 2021, with publication by the end of Q2 of 2021.
ISO 37002 Whistleblowing Management Systems - Guidance was approved at draft stage in August and the working group experts expect to complete their review of comments by the end of December. The Final Draft stage will begin in January, with expected publication in June 2021.
