Measures to mitigate the pandemic effects
As COVID-19 pandemic is fast-spreading and highly contagious, the Secretariat decided to cancel the physical plenary meeting that planned to be held in Colombia and use virtual tool for meeting instead. The cancellation has been uploaded.
The special virtual meeting will be scheduled to be held in September, 2020 so far.
Once the meeting date is clear, the Secretariat will send the notification to all committee members.
