- Workshop Technical presentations were delivered from experts from Bolivia, China, Israel, and Japan.
- IBNORCA hosted for breakfast and lunch at Los Tajibos Hotel restaurnants. The dinner at La Casa del Camba, with music and Bolivian dance and was very well attended and appreciated.
