Objectives & Key Deliverables 

WG8 develops a set of guidelines for global D&I goals and strategies in organizations (including initiatives, programs, competencies, and associated methods), and identifies their associated success factors (business case elements) that benefit organizations. Strategies and associated activities can include addressing leadership, organizational culture and programs, and supportive metrics (to use as internal assessment guidelines for identifying gaps in programs, systems, processes and practices).

Current Status & next steps

WG8 will be discussing a Working Draft during Milan meetings, February 18-20, 2019.

Committee Draft to all TC/260 members for comment is by mid of 2019.

Final DIS draft planned for completion by 2020, with distribution for DIS ballot commenting during 2020 Plenary.
