As professionals dedicated to advancing the practice of human resource management, we understand the importance of collective insights in shaping the future of our field. That’s why we want to personally encourage you to lend your voice to the 2025 Creating People Advantage (CPA) Survey.
Conducted in partnership with the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) and its regional members (including NAHRMA), this survey is one of the world’s most respected and long-standing global studies on HR. It explores how organizations are transforming their people strategies to respond to today’s rapidly changing environment.
By participating, you will:
- Contribute to identifying the top HR and people priorities worldwide.
- Provide valuable insight into how organizations are navigating change.
- Help shape strategies that influence the future of HR across industries and regions.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete (and also counts toward 0.5 HRCI recertification credit). Findings will be published in early 2026, followed by an HRCI-hosted Alchemizing HR session to discuss the global implications.
