InTeRSeC 43 – Roughness and the ISO 21920 series of standards, Mogliano Veneto (TV, Italy)
2022-12-01 Hybrid tutorials
2022-12-03 Face‑to‑face seminar
A seminar entitled InTeRSeC 43 will be held on 2022‑12‑02 on the novelties introduced in roughness by the ISO 21920 series of standards. They replace and cancel as many as five standards in an overall reorganization of the subject matter.
After introducing the novelties, three perspectives will be illustrated: instrument makers, standard users (in specification and verification) and calibration labs.
The day before, 2022‑12‑01, two tutorials will be held in hybrid mode (face‑to‑face and webinar), one for beginners and students, and one for coordinate measurement experts. They are not immediately related to the ISO GPS standards.
The event is organised by CMM Club Italia, a not‑for-profit Italian society aimed at promoting awareness in coordinate measurement where correct understanding of ISO GPS is crucial.
The seminar is part of a series named InTeRSeC, at its 43rd instance. Some of them are part of a collection named Per‑Corso GPS. Corso means course in Italian, and Percorso means path or route. The Per‑Corso GPS is in between a distributed course (over subsequent seminars) and a journey within the ISO GPS. InTeRSeC 43 is the 8th leg of this journey.
