Recent changes to the ISO Directives instruct TCs to update their SBP at least once every three years. At the plenary meeting of ISO/TC 210, in Japan, last October, it was announced that the revised SBP was nearing completion. The draft of the updated SBP is now under review by selected experts across the globe, and is expected to circulate for final approval by the TC before the end of 2017.
